All of my local downloads are protected by a anti-hotlink scheme.
If you get "403 Forbidden" errors your browser/download manager may not
be sending a proper referral link. Try the following things to get
it working:

Make sure you are accessing my page
directly and not through the frames of another site. The only
other referral link allowed is from the google translator.

In Internet Explorer, hold shift (bypasses
most download managers), and left click the link. This should
force the use of the IE downloader, which sends proper referral links.

Some firewall and anonymity applications
block referral links, if you have either installed try disabling them.
